Chicken Tending 101

Join CCE Tioga and the Tioga County Farm Bureau on Saturday, March 28th from 11:00 AM–2:00 PM for an in-depth workshop on caring for chickens! Whether you're new to raising poultry or looking to build on your experience, this workshop will provide practical guidance for successfully raising chickens at home.
Topics will include breed selection, raising healthy chicks, egg layers vs. meat birds, common diseases, predator prevention, and more.
Light refreshments will be provided, and participants will receive handouts to take home. Advance registration is appreciated!
