Sauerkraut Making Workshop

Join us for a hands-on workshop! Learn the traditional method of fermenting Sauerkraut. Attendees will learn the process of selecting, shredding, and massaging cabbage with salt to release its natural juices. Participants will learn how to maintain optimal fermentation conditions and be able to troubleshoot common issues. Everyone will leave with their own jar of sauerkraut!
