Join the Family Resource Center for a Cooking Matters for Families virtual nutrition workshop with SNAP-Ed NY Nutrition Educator, Caitlin! Learn about useful kitchen skills for all ages, MyPlate guidelines, how to save at the grocery store and eat healthy! Lastly, Caitlin will be facilitating a food demonstration about how to make healthy meals. This may be a family favorite after your family and Caitlin make these recipes together!
