Are you comfortable with boiling water bath canning, but unsure how to step up to pressure canning?  Would you like to be able to safely can meats, low acid vegetables and other tasty treats?  Then come to this demonstration on pressure canning.  If you have not yet learned how to process high-acid foods such as jams and pickles, we suggest you join us for the Introduction to Canning class on January 27th at 9 am.
