The Tioga County 4-H Program is open to youth 5 to 19 years old. Throughout the year several short term projects are offered and taught by 4-H staff and 4-H adult volunteers.No full-time commitment to the 4-H Program is required. These projects are offered:
* as introductory projects for youth interested in discovering what4-H is all about, and want to work on a fun project; or
* as continued learning opportunities for 4-H members that want to increase knowledge and skills in current 4-H project areas.
ROBOTICS PLATFORMS: for youth 8 to 19 years old. Youth participate in hands-on activities led by a volunteer instructor to explore robotics design,engineering and programming. Fee includes robotics notebook, supplies and use of NXT Robotics kits and programming. Four sessions - 2 hours each.
